Process

Each of jewelry is put into the soul by the designer and manufacturer. Their finish needs very complicated process steps.
Here we will introduce you the whole process of a diamond ring from design to finished product.

Steps / methods
The concept and design: the designer will make the hand-drawn sketch according to his idea, then use mapping software to draw the precise dimension sketch with computer, and complete the initial design drawings.

Craftsman carving wax: the jewelry craftsman refers to the design drawings to carve out wax by stencil hand, and then use the lost wax casting method to pour out the silver stencil. The wax stencil batch production requires the pressed rubber mold of silver stencil. This is the most demanding process in the jewelry production process. The produced silver stencil must be smooth without trace, each part of the structure is reasonable; the location size with inlaying the precious stone must be accurate.

Infuse wax into the rubber mold: Infusing wax after the rubber mold is ready.  Wax in the machine wax should be kept between 70-75 Celsius degrees.

The wax is infused into the rubber mold. The wax mold is removed after cooling, sequentially repeated, and more wax molds are gotten.
Selecting the matched precious stones:

Choose suitable stones at their sizes, shapes, colors according to silver stencil and wax mold,

Complete wax pattern:
All stencils should be ready for the batch production.

Grow wax trees: Each wax ring is individually hand-welded onto a wax stick; eventually a wax tree is shaped like a tree to be ready for casting.
.Weigh a wax tree: Weigh the rubber chassis before growing a wax tree, and weigh the wax tree again after the accomplishment of the tree.

The weight of the wax tree can be drawn from the results of the subtracting of the two weighing.

The weight of the wax tree is converted according to the ratio of the density of gold or silver to get the casting mental amount.

Fill plaster: Jacket the stainless steel cylinder around the wax tree and chassis, and corresponding weight of gypsum slurry is injected slowly along the steel tube wall until the wax tree is in immersion. The cylinder is vacuumed for 6-12 hours to make the plaster solidified.

Bake plaster: Baking the plaster mold is for dewaxing, drying and casting insulation.

Remove the plaster mold: Remove the baked plaster mold, and prepare metal solution to cast at the same time.

Pouring liquid gold: The molten formulated gold water is injected from the nozzle.

Centrifugal casting process: Vacuum induction centrifugal casting machine casting.

Harden and clean the plaster mold: The finished plaster mold casting is in high temperature. After it is removed from the casting machine it is placed for 10-30 minutes in natural state, and then put into the cold water to harden. Gypsum bursts due to contraction. The gold tree is removed. A steel brush is used to brush chunks of plaster. The gold tree is placed in 30% hydrofluoric acid solution for 10 minutes. Then It is clipped out and then rinsed. The excess plaster is removed until the gold tree surface becomes clean.

Cut casting: Cut the gold jewelry tree along the bottom nozzle and dry.

Barreling process: Put the stainless steel abrasives and active organic synthesis solution into the drum to make the surface smooth and bright for the rotary friction.

Calendaring process: All calendaring is done by handcraft.  Push back and forth on the jewelry surface with a special knife. This process requires a certain technique and tactics.

Polishing process: Use a polishing machine for polishing jewelry until the surface is smooth and bright.

Selection of diamonds: Hand-sorting diamonds. Pick and match diamonds according to their color, cut, size to prepare for the mosaic.
Imbue diamond: Each diamond requires hand-inlaid.
